THRIVE is a supportive and empowering wellness group created specifically for girls in grades 6–8 who are navigating the important and often challenging middle years. In a safe, welcoming environment, students will build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy strategies to care for their mental and emotional well-being.
Through meaningful conversations, creative activities, journaling, mindfulness practices, and connection with peers, girls will learn how to:
build positive self-talk and confidence
manage stress and overwhelming emotions
develop healthy friendships and boundaries
understand anxiety and emotional regulation
practice self-care and resilience
celebrate who they are and what makes them unique
Our goal is to help girls feel seen, supported, capable, and connected while giving them practical tools they can carry into school, friendships, and everyday life.
THRIVE is not therapy — it is a guided wellness and confidence-building group led by an experienced educator who is passionate about supporting children’s emotional growth and helping young girls flourish both inside and outside the classroom.

Our Blooming Readers day camp is for students going into grades 1 and 2 . We will work on foundational reading and writing skills to help prepare them for the new school year in a fun and exciting way! With hands on learning activities, they will get to have fun and interact with other learners while building the skills they need for success!
The group runs July 28-31st from 9:30 - 10:30

Flourish is for students entering grades 3 or 4 in the upcoming school year. In this group, we will focus on reading and writing foundational skills to build competency and confidence heading into the new school year! Using multisensory learning, we will learn through fun, hands on activities for engagement and retention!
This group will run from 10:30-11:30, July 28 - 31st !
